About the project

Main objectives of the position:

- Responsible to maintain and improve installed functionalities for the application SuccessFactors (incl. interfaces, daily operations and updates)

- Supports the digitalisation of existing HR processes, develops and implements process optimizations, new processes and business models by consequently applying the potential of digital technology (together with Group and local HR)

- Acts as project manager for rollout-projects and the launch of new functionalities

- Acts as internal consultant for the digitalisation of HR processes

Your responsibilities

  • Manages projects and initiatives (time/resource) and ensures that project goals are kept

  • Customizing of the system including documentation

  • Implements functional changes based on approved change requests raised by global process owners (incl. testing)

  • Evaluation of solution concepts of change requests (CRs) in terms of feasibility, risks and process / function standardisation

  • Ensures that optimizations and new services have a strong customer focus and are aligned with the overall strategy and priorities

  • Technical specification of change requests required for developments / interfaces

  • Training and know how transfer to local key users / GPO’s / LPO’s

  • Prepares and leads workshops

  • Prepares, coordinates and performs functional tests

  • Establish and actively participate in a groupwide support organisation for SuccessFactors (GPO, LPO, first-, second and third-level support)

  • 3rd level support of the relevant business application in daily operations

  • Initiates improvements and system optimization based on new functionalities, technologies or updates

  • Challenges existing business processes and models on their level of efficiency and viability by applying the potential of digital technology

  • Builds up a strong network with both internal and external stakeholders

Our requirements

  • University or similar degree in the field of Business Management, Engineering or Information Technology

  • Good knowledge and high business acumen of SuccessFactors and HR Processes

  • High and proven affinity for the digital technology

  • Ability to build up networks and bring people together

  • Experienced in managing international (rollout-) projects and updates

  • Experienced in driving changes

  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written)

  • High customer focus

  • High level of commitment and enthusiasm

  • Strong communication skills

  • Quick, agile, fail & learn attitude

  • Structured but pragmatic approach to work
