About the project
In this role, you will be responsible for project support for the leading, migration, and updating of customer applications using the concepts and standards of our organization.

Your responsibilities
Support application operation when operating customer applications in the Kubernetes cloud using the concepts and standards of our organization.
Increasing the degree of automation for your own deployments or in conjunction with services provided by other company’s internal units
Creation and maintenance of the operating documentation
Carrying out proactive coordination with customers, suppliers, and departments of our organization.
Independent planning, technical advice, and implementation to automate operational, test, and change processes and application monitoring
Participation in the creation of a monitor concept and implementation as well as constant improvement
Support in the change and release process of customer applications
The job will require working by e-mail, telephone, or in joint meetings.
Our requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in operating microservices on a K8s platform in the cloud environment. The activity does not consist of the development and implementation of microservices, but having the appropriate experience with it and the associated toolset is helpful.
Experience in the regulated banking environment or comparable is required. Willingness to be on call and on weekends.
Several years of experience in operation, as well as migration, construction, debugging, deployment automation, change management, and the operational launch and stabilization of banking applications such as core banking systems and online banking applications.
Knowledge of:
Dealing with dependencies in complex system architectures and the network infrastructure
General and security requirements in the banking environment
Change, structure, and rollout of applications in the DevOps environment
Processes according to ITIL and its implementation
Monitoring, automation, and optimization of operations
