Your responsibilities

We offer a job in an international team dealing with implementation,  maintenance and development of applications supporting financial and  accounting services. The candidate should have knowledge of project  management in application development and also have interpersonal  skills. The Application Project Manager will be involved in management  of the activities to confirm requirements, to configure the application,  to perform Functional and Integration testing, to support UAT and to  deploy the application configuration to Production. He/she will be also  responsible for ensuring that all new codes are thoroughly tested prior  to moving the new release into the production environment and to ensure  that the service is provided with agreed quality and to the agreed  scope.

Responsibilities:

•Staffs the project to ensure appropriate skill and resource are  available, within the agreed budgetFocal point for issue resolution,  working closely with the Transition Teams, Delivery Teams, Practice  Areas,

•Asset Owners, Development/Technical teams, Third Party providers, etc.

•Works with the Development team for any application enhancements required by the client

•Responsible for overseeing the overall implementation and is the owner of the project plan.

•Coordinates all internal activities related to project.

•Plans meetings, collects team member status and prepares weekly project status report.

•Responsible for moving the project forward and communicating status and risk to Client / IBM Executive Sponsor.

•Responsible for keeping project on track and measuring project progress against project plan.

•Participate in customer change forum

•Actively participates in continuous improvement of services

Our requirements

  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Higher education, the preferred directions: IT or polytechnic

  • Experienced in project management.

  • Experienced in service management including quality control/assurance,

  • Basic IT knowledge

  • Knowledge of the basics of managing and providing operational IT services

  • Knowledge of Agile working principles

  • Analytical skills

  • Teamwork and communication skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Project Management: SCRUM/PMP certificates or working knowledge

  • Service Management: ITIL V3/V4 certificates or working knowledge

  • another European language would be an asset
