Your responsibilities
We are looking for an Application Specialist in our MDM & Quality Solutions Team, located in our Business Center in Szczecin (PL). In this position your main objective is to design & deliver IT solutions within multiple data domains inside the STEP application to fulfil business requirements of the different stakeholders.
The assignment also includes active 2nd & 3rd level support activities, continuous improvement tasks (development requests on existing processes) and configuration and development of new processes as part of bigger projects, including the relevant documentation.
In this role, you will also be working closely with integration specialists to achieve the best possible solution for automated data transfer and processes in a cross functional context.
Our requirements
The right candidate has an IT background preferably within computer science or similar. You are a graduate or have a couple of years of experience. It is important that you have:
At least 2+ years of experience in JavaScript in combination techniques around Java (Java 8+)
Accustomed to working in Agile Frameworks
Familiar with Microservices /Cloud (Azure, AWS)/ REST /SQL
Good understanding of the different parts of software development, testing and how they relate
Have a good understanding of design and user experience principles
Familiar with Scrum
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
You speak and write English at a professional level
On a personal note, you are known to be a team player, who is willing to share knowledge and be transparent regarding the progress of your tasks. You possess a natural curiosity to understand other people and have a humble approach in your way of working
Optional
Experience working with STIBO Systems STEP platform will be an advantage
Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have knowledge from the life science industry and understand the rules and regulations of the industry
