Application Support Analyst
You will be responsible for:
- Providing high quality, timely results in the support of third-party and custom-developed applications
- Providing high quality, timely results when installing, upgrading, sustaining, testing, and/or configuring applications
- Responding to Service Desk Incidents Tickets and caring out the corrective actions in a timely manner
- Testing enhancements, interfaces between systems and upgrades to ensure that they meet business needs
- Utilizing standard IT tracking and reporting systems to provide quality data for IT metrics
- Building key relationships and contributing to a positive work environment through collaboration with teammates and other stakeholders
- Recognizing and supporting IT processes, services, and initiatives
- Appling best practices around IT architecture and reuse
- Taking a high level of ownership in your working environment and constantly striving to make your environment more efficient
- Working within the standards of the operating environment and following standard processes
- Being dedicated to continuous self-improvement and keeping competencies and skill sets current
- Providing documentation of developed systems and other processes
You have:
- At least 2 years of IT systems administration or business applications support experience
- Knowledge of Windows client and server:
- File system, services and security
- Software installation procedures
- Windows software troubleshooting
- Remote Access / Remote Desktop
- Windosw-based scropting and application development (a plus)
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and complex problem solving skills
- Great customer handling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong aptitude for learning new skills and applications
- Knowledge of SharePoint technologies – SP 2016 or other documents flow application will be advantage
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of business process areas such as finance, purchasing, sales and marketing, supply management
