About the project
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Support Engineer will provide support for RPA (Kofax RPA) related activities. He\She will diagnose and troubleshoot issues relating to RPA platforms, and help in the change, release and upgrade management of RPA platforms. Ensure that we provide the right solutions for our customers and that they are satisfied. Join the on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support and take necessary step to provide the resolution and follow our SLA. From RPA perspective the primary responsibilities are more specific and detailed as follows:
Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, troubleshooting and any process change activities relating to Robotic Process Automation Platforms
Liaise closely with RPA developers and Support groups to resolve problems
Setup, configure, monitor and maintain the RPA environments
License management in allocation of required licenses to the various tenants
Communicates clearly, both written and verbally with internal and external business partners
Function as a Level 2 support for Kofax RPA Solution
Escalates issues and risk to management where appropriate
This include monitoring of transaction levels such RPA solution does not impact production system
Monitoring of loading on Web APIs by Kofax RPA solution
As a point of contact, a consultant, to suggest solution to Kofax RPA developers on roadblocks met by the developers
Perform minor enhancements and fixes for consulted pipeline issues
Few years in Application Management, Production Support environment/discipline in which minimum 2 years in RPA support
Experience in Hardware\networking, Windows OS, Windows Server OS, UNIX\LINUX OS
Any RPA Certification preferably Kofax will be an added advantage, but knowledge is desirable
MCITP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage
ITIL knowledge desirable
Participate in a shift pattern
