Your responsibilities
- Direct contact with Dutch & Belgian clients (by e-mail and by phone) in order to reduce overdue receivables;
- Continuous cooperation with sales and finance managers of the local unit in order to assess the risk, as well as verify credit limits and their insurance;
- Creating receivables aging reports;
- Processing bank statements and allocating incoming payments;
- Maintaining the correctness of entries in the book of receivables and reconciling them to the general ledger;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Factoring process;
- AR month end closing activities;
Our requirements
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English;
- Experience in the area of Credit Management, Cash Collection or similar;
- Positive attitude;
- Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service/deliverables to the client;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creative and open minded;
- Good time management and related organizational skills;
- Problem solving and analytical skills,
- Attention to details;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package;
