Your responsibilities
- Register and match incoming payments
- Reconcile accounts
- Frequently contact customers
- Work closely with customer service, sales and KAMs
- Generate and analyse dunning letters
- Generate miscellaneous invoices
- Support the Credit management process
- Actively support internal controls and audits
- Cooperate with AP and GL teams
Our requirements
- Fluent in German and English (an other foreign language will be an advantage)
- Economic education and/or language studies.
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
- Literacy in MS Office
- Team oriented
- Dedicated and loyal
- Trustworthy
- Open-minded
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Diplomacy and understanding of cultural differences
- Strong motivation and ability to work with numbers
