your tasks
- performing customer credit analysis
- contacting customers regarding payments and dunning
- checking payments
- investigation
- performing relevant checks related to cash application process
- running debt aging analysis report
- reconciliation of Accounts Receivable
- daily cooperation with other teams and local business
what we expect
- min. 1,5 year of experience in SSC/BPO structure as Accounts Receivalbe (AR); Order to Cash (O2C, OTC); Credit to Cash (C2C) accountant
- fluent communication in Italian, as well as English & Polish (min. B2)
- SAP system is required
- experience in migration process will be an asset
