Your responsibilities
Process invoices, credit memos and other transactions to ensure proper billing and accounting for the order to cash function
Support accounts receivable process by delivering accuracy billing data
Verify if invoices are delivered to the customer as per the requirements.
Cooperation with RTR Team
Assist in month-end close activities
Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered
Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audit
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
Our requirements
Experience in handling Accounts Receivable activities for at least 2 years, preferably in SSC/BPO company
University degree
Understanding and knowledge of end-to-end AR process
Very good command of English language
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Practical knowledge of SAP
Very good analytical skills
Proactive individual with intercultural competence
