Your responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day activities in terms of Cash Collection and accounts receivable area. Downloading bank statements, payment allocation, clearings, cash tracker completion, monitoring/coordination of unapplied cash

  • Assists in processing of approved write offs and refunds to Customers

  • Preparing month closing entries for the cash summary with explanation

  • Cooperate closely with different departments (Customer Service, Orders Hold, Master data, Collection)

  • Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, etc.)

  • Escalating of all unsolved/unclear issues to the Team Leader

  • Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered

  • Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audit

  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

Our requirements

  • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable activities for at least 2 years, preferably in SSC/BPO company, experience in cash application will be an advantage

  • Understanding and knowledge of end-to-end AR process

  • Very good command of English language (additional language will be an advantage)

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)

  • Practical knowledge of SAP

  • Analytical skills, focused on details

  • Proactive individual with intercultural competence
