Your responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of collections regarding NA Customers Portfolio (resolving customer financial queries, managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow, receive and resolve discrepancies, prepare and dispatch dunning letters, assisting in matching payments received)

  • Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, etc.)

  • Escalate and follow up on issues through Collections Workflow

  • Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered

  • Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audit

  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

Our requirements

  • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable activities for at least 2 years, preferably in SSC/BPO company

  • University degree

  • Understanding and knowledge of end-to-end AR process

  • Very good command of English language

  • Knowledge of other European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) would be considered as an asset

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)

  • Practical knowledge of SAP

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Proactive individual with intercultural competence

  • Availability to work different shifts (8 – 16 and 14 – 22)
