Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

AR Manager (position in a growing SSC)
Location: Warszawa
AR/WAW
Responsibilities:
  • Line management (including performance management) of the personnel aligned to the AR teams (in total 20+ people department)
  • Assuring service delivery for AR process
  • Strategy development, setting and achieving operational objectives
  • Working closely with clients and maintaining good relationships
  • Cooperation and communication with external and internal stakeholders (incl. auditors)
  • Acting as a point of contact for process/people related escalations
  • Ensuring a correctness of procedures and internal control function
  • Continuous training of the team (methods, organisation, performance improvement), reviewing work of staff and providing constructive feedback
  • Continuous improvement: seeking and acting on ways to improve daily work processes to enhance quality, productivity and customer service
 
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance / Accounting or an accounting certification
  • Proven track of professional experience in the area of accounting services in SSC/BPO environment (preferably within Accounts Receivable)
  • At least a few years of managerial experience in an accounting department (preferably for 15-25 people teams)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and AR process (preferably including Cash Management)
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills (continuos improvement mindset is desirable)
