Your responsibilities
Ensure qualified business participation within the change management process– defining business requirements, approving blueprints, provide test data, testing solutions
Active participation in SAP implementation
Leading changes in SAP related to OTC process
Perform testing (UAT) and approval for IT provided resolutions
Optimization and improvement of accounting processes in the SAP system
User administration – creating users, reset passwords, unlock users, adding additional roles
Perform SAP trainings for OTC team, introduction for new joiners with SAP System
Creating and updating internal procedures related to AR SAP Key User’s scope
Ongoing training of end users as processes change or new end users enter the business
Provide support to the business on a day-to-day basis
Resolve how-to questions from end-users and business in general
Create helpdesk tickets and follow up until resolved
Coordination and assistance to resolve incidents or change requests
Leading meetings/ calls with IT support team
First contact person for all information from IT related to the business process
Collect necessary data and submit helpdesk tickets to IT support for other issues
Process and data ownership for functional area
Ensure the consistency of the system between different areas
Obtaining SAP data and preparing analysis and solutions upon Management requests
Overall OTC team support in case of business need
Our requirements
University degree in Finance or equivalent gained thru working experience
Professional experience in Finance / OTC field in GBS / Shared Service environment - at least 3-5 years
Strong practical user knowledge of SAP, FI module at advanced level
Strong knowledge of accounting processes performed on SAP
Very good command of English (B2 is a must)
Experience on working in a share services center, within complex, multi-processes environment
Excellent communication skills through a variety of channels and to various stakeholder groups
Independence and self-motivation, teamwork and customer orientation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, solution oriented, stress-resistance
Ability to make decisions, set goals & manage changes
Very good working knowledge of MS Excel
