Your responsibilities

  • Applying accounting standard practices and reconciliation Policy to perform the daily reconciliation.

  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.

  • Participate in the preparation, reporting and analysis of the reconciliation data.

  • Researched and answered client questions regarding discrepancies and updated accounts with accurate information.

  • Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data.

  • Assist in developing and improving processes.

  • Providing process quality assurance, various reporting and controlling to customers.

  • Ensure process documentation for services done and harmonization of processes throughout the group for similar tasks.

  • Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Our requirements

  • Higher education (preferred Economics or Data Science).

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting (preferred shared service center and Accounts Receivable/Reconciliation function).

  • Proved experience in account reconciliation.

  • Fluent oral and written English skills (other European languages will be an asset).

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience in team coordination will be an asset.

  • Proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge will be an asset).

  • Problem solving attitude and very good organization.

  • Good communication skills and attention to details.

  • Proactive team player, highly motivated, flexible.

  • Transition process experience is welcome.
