Your responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing of specific accounting transactions using SAP in the Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets area
- Posting bank statements
- Complete asset capitalization, transfers and disposals
- Performing monthly depreciation runs
- Performing MEC and YEC activities
- Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines
- Delivering high level of service
- Supporting other team members in day to day processes
- Creating accounting procedures
Our requirements
- Good knowledge of English
- Good command of German will be an asset
- Working experience in accounting AR or related subjects (preferably min. 1 year)
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Experience in knowledge/process transfer in shared service environment will be an asset
