Description

• Comprehensive customer accounting
• Manual invoicing to customers/intercompany
• Execute dunning runs
• Incoming payments allocation
• Factoring related reconciliations and postings
• Support implementation and conduct internal financial & SOX controls
• Maintain process documentation
• Support development and implementation of improvements projects
• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and audits
• Support ACC Accounts Payable Team in some of the activities (invoice validation and posting, querry resolution, payment preparation and bank statement postings, accounts reconciliation and internal/SOX controls)

 

Profile

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline. Master's degree is a plus
• 2+ years Experience in AR, preferably in a multiple legal entity environment
• Customer service orientation and attention to details
• Precise, careful and well-structured way of working, good documentation of work
• Proactive with the ability to manage time-dependent critical tasks
• Advanced SAP skills
• Language requirements English (B2); German is a plus
• Open to travel for knowledge transfer (when the time comes)
