It is agreat opportunity to join our Accounts Receivable team in Gdansk
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- manage high volume of cash application: downloading bank statements and posting customer
- payments on a daily basis
- work closely with Credit Analysts and locations on account issues
- perform analysis of payment details
- manual postings, e.g. reclassification of items in dispute
- follow-up on payment discrepancies, both deductions and overpayments
- prepare weekly/ monthly/ ad-hoc reports (e.g. write-off, unapplied cash, deductions, etc.)
- permanent cooperation with Record to Report division, bank posting
- perform other duties as assigned
- fluent English (written and spoken)
- proactive attitude
- strong analytical skills
- attention to detail
- strong accuracy

- ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- experience in MS Excel
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- previous experience in similar process would be a plus
