Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivables performance including collection activities, cash application with clearing, adjustements management, including dispute management and other period end closing activities of AR

  • Ensure compliance of accounts receivables operations with company policies, processes and internal controls

  • Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the SLAs

  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors and ensure all communications and queries are properly addressed

  • Review system entries related to Accounts Receivables and dispute management

  • Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff

  • Assist in internal and external audit processes

  • Manage document archiving process

  • Work towards system improvement, process improvement

  • Any task that SSC management assigns

  • In case of absenteeism, should be able to perform daily transactional activities

  • Should be able to train new associates

Our requirements

  • PROFILE:

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar role

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting required

  • Experience of, and competence in using, integrated ERP software (SAP would be a distinct advantage)

  • Competent Microsoft Office user (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Management of high transaction volume, with sound knowledge of associated controls and procedures

  • Strong communication and customer service orientation

  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills

  • Efficient stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

  • Fluent in German, experience of second European language is a strong advantage - English, Italian, Spanish
