Your responsibilities
Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivables performance including collection activities, cash application with clearing, adjustements management, including dispute management and other period end closing activities of AR
Ensure compliance of accounts receivables operations with company policies, processes and internal controls
Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the SLAs
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors and ensure all communications and queries are properly addressed
Review system entries related to Accounts Receivables and dispute management
Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff
Assist in internal and external audit processes
Manage document archiving process
Work towards system improvement, process improvement
Any task that SSC management assigns
In case of absenteeism, should be able to perform daily transactional activities
Should be able to train new associates
Our requirements
PROFILE:
3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar role
Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting required
Experience of, and competence in using, integrated ERP software (SAP would be a distinct advantage)
Competent Microsoft Office user (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Management of high transaction volume, with sound knowledge of associated controls and procedures
Strong communication and customer service orientation
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Efficient stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Fluent in German, experience of second European language is a strong advantage - English, Italian, Spanish
