Your responsibilities

  • Leading software development teams (Java/SAP) to effectively and efficiently design and develop solutions that meets business’ requirements,

  • Ensuring the code quality in Accounting area meets high standards of the product expectations

  • Managing a team of Team leads through a variety of ways, including performance reviews and constant feedback

  • Promoting & sharing product area expertise across the teams and ensuring that desired skillset composition in Accounting area is in place

  • Creating a psychologically safe environment for product area engineering teams

  • Ensuring recruitment, management and growth of engineering talent required for Engineering Teams to be successful

  • Planning of development capacity allocation based on business needs

  • Ensuring continuous delivery and stability within product area (Accounting)

  • Ensuring that Accounting area IT costs are controlled (AWS/SAP/3rd party solutions)

  • Collaborating with other Area Engineering Managers and Area Product Owners to ensure proper integration of Product areas are in place

Our requirements

  • Experience in management of software engineering teams (at least 2 years)

  • Knowledge of Software engineering framework (based on Java)

  • Knowledge of SAP in area of Finance & Accounting will an asset

  • Knowledge of Accounting & Finance in the broader context (e.g. order-to-cash, source-to-pay)

  • Knowledge of SAP MM Logistic invoice verification would be additional asset

  • Ability to cooperate with C-level in the organization,

  • Communicative, flexible, self-organized, with good presentation skills,

  • Very good English (spoken and written).
