The Area HR Operations Manager supplies broad support to HRBPs and HR Operations within East Europe Area (Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Slovakia) in HR Systems, HR data management, HR processes/ policies, payroll and HR administration. This support will be mainly delivered in coordination with Area HRBPs and Europe Regional HR Ops. 

Key responsibilities

  • Train and assist HRBPs, managers and employees in navigating the HR support structure and e-forms
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and issue resolution on HR processes executed by vendor
  • Follow up of pending items in vendor desks
  • Liaise with European HR OPS in the identification of process improvement areas and escalation when required 
  • Financial and quantitative analysis of contract usage in area/location 
  • Review, and when required, approve local change requests
  • Lead the data clean up and administration necessary for the End to End HR processes in coordination with local HR Operations
  • Single point of contact for needed reporting / Audits in the Area. 
  • Headcount tracking
  • Payroll follow up, included additional administrative task
  • Other day to day transactional activities
The successful candidate is an extrovert, open mindset, self-driven, very process and team- & service-oriented person with +5 years of international experience within Projects, HR administration and payroll operations.

You are not hesitant in talking to people and stakeholders about potential process issues and cooperating in getting issues resolved. You may have worked in a similar role in a global organization or as a consultant. Extensive project management experience and experience in driving service. 

Apart from your strong results orientation, you are a good communicator, executes on plans, and has a thorough organizational understanding (knows how to lead without direct authority upwards, downwards and sideways). 

Written and spoken English fluency is a prerequisite for this position as well as Polish. Russian will be an asset.
