For our Client, international producer in sanitary industry, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

area manager northern &western europe

Location: northern &western europe

Responsibilities:

  • the person in this position will mainly sell and promote technical products in sanitary industry
  • he/she will collaborate with the board of members to determine the commercial strategy and condition of sales
  • he/she will actively look for new customers and new sale opportunities in the area and he will identify, manage and develope a sales network
  • he/she will be responsible for the sales results, maximizing margins and market share in the region
  • he/she will report to the Operations Director

Main tasks:

  • achieve sales and market share targets in the Territory
  • actively search for new Customers- full responsibility for assigned Western &Northern-European regions
  • Development of current customer relationship.
  • he/she will co-ordinate very closely customers in sanitary industry, negotiate and close deals in line with Company policies and guidelines
  • be Key link between Customers and Technical and Sales Departments
  • he/she will ensure that the local distribution network is constantly developed and improved.

 

Requirements:

  • experience in similar managerial and sales positions in sanitary industry
  • technical knowledge of sanitary branch as well as market knowledge will be an important added value
  • fluent English is a must, German/ French / Italian - preferred
  • Establish sales forecasts, margin, profitability, trade-in
  • knowing of sales strategy and ability in coordination with the Management
  • proven track record of sales and managing individual accounts
  • strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • relationship builder, able to win the trust and respect of all internal and external customers
