About the project
Based on your competencies and preferences, you can join one of two teams:
Wrocław L3 Team is a part of a large project that’s being developed by several sites from different parts of the world (Poland, US, Finland, Germany, and China). Our journey started in 2009 with LTE. Since then our team has grown to over 200 people. Currently we are actively contributing to both 4G and 5G projects, creating the cutting-edge technology that revolutionize nearly every aspect of our everyday lives.
The RF A&S is responsible for developing the architecture and specification of Radio Module products for 4G, 5G, and the coming technologies. Working in our business unit you'll be able to plan different products used by different telecommunication operators.
You will work in a modern international environment. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from Poland, Finland, China, US and other countries.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for the planning and deliverables of the competence within department
Responsible for the pipeline and efficiency within own Area
Responsible for the deliverables in the scope of the Area
Ownership of backlog items and Area commitments within own Area to secure delivery of e2e integrated features
Responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of the tests for the features owned by the Area
Responsible for meeting DoD requirements and Sprint exit reviews
Following that automation targets are met / improve automation ratio
Our requirements
Proved leader and Product Owner or Project Manager
Experienced in SW development or testing area, project management, agile methodologies
Experience of Jira tools
Capability and will to lead and coordinate in technical topics
Pro-activity and independent problem solving through own experience and network
Fluent English speaker & writer
Optional
Understanding of software / hardware architecture or specification
Knowledge of code quality issues, refactoring, quality metrics etc.
