    Job summary

    As an Area Sales Manager you will take care of the profitable development of our brands – NUK and Baby Jogger in several countries in Central and Northern Europe. You will support performance of our sales networks as well as our operating models, proactively adjust the current operating models to improve market share, sales & profitability for each country. 
    You will be part of international sales team of 5 people, with direct reporting line to the Regional Sales Director based in Germany.

    Key responsibilities: 

    • Recommend budget & ensure budget achievement through close monitoring of local partners (distributors, agents, customers or subsidiaries)
    • Take responsibility for the assigned area performance (focus on portfolio, distribution level, stock management)
    • Act as a Key Account Manager towards direct clients 
    • Meet regularly with distributors/partners, sales & marketing teams
    • Identify on regular basis risks/opportunities and gaps; recommend activities to utilize opportunities and minimize risks
    • Ensure efficient payment follow up
    • Establish & update detailed market analysis (channel, competition, category, pricing) with focus on growth opportunities for our brands. 
    • Recommend and select most adequate business model to fuel growth and profitability
    • Manage sales networks: annual sales plans, sales force training, regular follow up

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • At least 5-6 years of FMCG experience as a Sales Manager in an international environment
    • Proven track record in sales and monitoring/managing distributors
    • University Degree
    • Fluent English and Polish
    • Willing to travel extensively; average 50% travel required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of French and/or German (nice to have)
    • Negotiation and facilitation skills
    • Autonomous, structured, organized, innovative
    • Familiar with SAP applications and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
