Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies into the business in the area, for growth from current position.
  • Ensure sales forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded
  • Work with Internal Sales teams to develop appropriate challenging goals within own area.
  • Focus on customer excellence, actively seek to discover and meet the needs of customers by building relationships with the aim of being ‘world class and market leading’
  • Identify issues and opportunities before others.
  • Generate, qualify, develop and close mid to large sales opportunities with key customers and all our key distribution accounts
  • To report on a monthly basis on activities and performance.
  • Develop new profitable account in the area

Our requirements

  • Expected to ensure that activity within area of responsibility is aligned with Renold Values and strategic direction and that it complies with Renold policies and procedures.
  • As a minimum will have operated in a sales role.
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo, set challenging and ambitious targets and deliver on them.
  • Importantly to be hands on, action orientated.
  • Must have the demonstrated ability to grow sales at enhanced margins
  • Willingness to develop own skills and knowledge in line with business needs
  • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated and able to work in a fast past environment.
  • A desire to see matters through to a successful conclusion ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Candidates should be PC literate
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • To manage OEM customers and all key distributors in the area, by taking responsibility for their performance and for delivering sales results for those areas.
  • Develop sales and opportunities through proactive work in the field
