Our Client, an international production and sales company which offers tailor made solutions
to automotive, consumer goods, electronics and building sector is looking for hands on and proactive candidates for the position of:

Area Sales Manager
(north and partly central Poland)

 Main responsibilities:

  • Conducting sales activities to clients operating in Consumer Goods & Electronics / Building
    & Construction sector
  • Searching for new business opportunities, attracting new customers
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships and long-term cooperation with the company clients, both new and existing ones
  • Creating and executing sales strategy regarding  Consumer Goods & Electronics /  Building
    & Construction market
  • Close cooperation within the organization to propose and deliver high quality and innovative solutions
    to the company clients
  • Preparing profitability calculations of new projects
  • Negotiation of contracts and monitoring their implementation to insure clients’ satisfaction

General requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in an international production
    and sales company
  • Knowledge of Consumer Goods & Electronics / Building & Construction sector will be an advantage
  • Goal- and  business-orientation, proactivity, creativity, engagement in sales development
    and effectiveness
  • Creativity, motivation to search for alternatives and new ways of business development
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop effective relationship, both with clients and within the organization
  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Good command of English
  • University degree
