Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets, based on the company's marketing strategy for selected products, within a defined budget, through effective team management and cross-functional cooperation with, among others, the Product Manager.

  • Development of sales of Allergan products through active participation in strategic planning at the local and nationwide level.

  • Monitoring and analysis of the current market situation

  • Participation in the development of strategic plans of the sales department at the local and nationwide level.

  • Organization and conduct of regional meetings.

  • Ongoing cooperation with local KOLs

  • Responsibility for leading a group of Product Specialists (PS) to achieve planned sales results for Allergan products within budget by setting sales and competence targets (sales skills, expertise).

  • Controlling the employees' work

  • Lead, manage and develop the team to optimize their contribution to the business

  • Work with direct reports to create individual development plans and follow up through regular meetings. Develop a team culture aligned to Allergan’s values

Our requirements

  • Higher education (economic or scientific)

  • 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position including experience in budget management and preparation of sales forecasts

  • Experience in people leadership/People management / team leadership

  • Upper Intermediate level of English and higher

  • Focusing on performance – ensuring accountability and driving results

  • Building collaborative relationships

This is a demanding, multi-tasking position requiring a high level of organization skills, managerial oversight and coordination with external and internal parties, and solid time management skills. The individual must be able to work very collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external opinion leaders / trainers and build consensus.

Also, role is about management of a subordinate team to ensure that promotional objectives are met, in line with the organization’s strategy.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Country team, Sub-regional team if needed

  • Doctors, opinion leaders and other relevant Healthcare Professionals

  • Local regulatory, finance, legal, HR
