Your responsibilities
Managing user data base
Uploading system files
Creating catalogues with products/services provided by Flint's suppliers
Managing supplier data base
Creating reports of orders/invoices
Supporting integration of e-invoicing system
Implementing ARIBA procurement system in further countries
Answering users' queries via ticketing tool and conducting training sessions for users of the system
Our requirements
Minimum bachelor degree in accounting, finance or similar field
1 year of professional background in accounting/finance/procurement field
Fluency in English + German/Spanish as an advantage
Strong analytical and multitasking skills
Strong team player
Organizational skills and accuracy
Willingness to conduct training sessions for users of the system
Knowledge of SAP system + SAP Ariba as an advantage
