Your responsibilities
- Support the required supplier enablement activities
- Support P2P Operations team members and business stakeholders on supplier and content enablement processes and activities
- Assist with the supplier onboarding process, including required training and support
- Work with Indirect Sourcing and suppliers to enable and manage the required content in SAP Ariba for purchasing (e.g. catalogues)
- Supplier master data cleansing activities required to enable suppliers on the SAP Ariba network
- Provide various reporting on supplier enablement status, process compliance, supplier data base, etc.
- Maintain process documentation and proper work instructions
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain discipline
- Experience with Procure to Pay cloud solutions (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Experience with system implementations and project work, with a focus on supplier and content enablement
- Understanding of the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle and supplier master data processes
- Ability to work as part of a small team, while also able to work autonomously
- Superior analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with suppliers, Sourcing, Finance, business users and the project team
- Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English; other European and/or Asian languages desirable
