Your responsibilities
- Assist with the development of training materials
- Execute training activities with business users
- Assist with testing and implementation of any system improvements/enhancements
- Provide 2nd level support to the user community
- Prepare and/or generate spend reporting and analytics, both standard and ad-hoc
Our requirements
- Experience with Procure to Pay cloud solutions (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC)
- Experience with system implementations and project work, with a focus on training and supporting business users
- Understanding of the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle
- Ability to work as part of a small team, while also able to work autonomously
- Superior analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with suppliers, Sourcing, Finance, business users and the project team
- Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English; other European and/or Asian languages desirable

Responsible for providing training and support to the user community and Sourcing function, including spend reporting and anlaytics, working under the direction of the P2P Training & Support Lead.
