Budgeting/business planning for all assets and updating the asset business plans as needed.
Executing approved business plans in conjunction with outside partners and advisors, such as property managers, leasing agents, facility managers, building consultants etc.
Analysis of the financial results and provide regular reporting on performance of the asset against business plan.
Monitor assets and identify acquisition and disposal opportunities.
Oversee divestment process with local real estate teams.
Oversee and monitor risk across mandates under own responsibility.
Build and maintain strong working relationship with Senior Management, and key members of the transactions teams in CEE.
Co-ordinate, produce and consolidate annual/bi-annual business plan and cash flows, as well as quarterly reforecasting; monitor/assist the AM team in the preparation of the plans.
Review quarterly Investment Performance Tracking (IPT), analysing variance of actuals to budget and ensuring that Fund forecasts are promptly and accurately updated each quarter.
Manage the review and approval process of transaction (leasing/disposal) activity and capex requests. Draft necessary recommendations to seek approval from key stakeholders such as investors or banking partners.
Maintain a flexible and user-friendly Fund Model in conjunction with the Fund Controller, responsible for input/output data and sensitivity analysis. Provide asset- and fund-level analysis as required by both internal and external stakeholders.
Run regular scenarios and stress testing exit assumptions in response to ad-hoc investor/stakeholder requests.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing or Real Estate is required
Fluent English is a must (at least C1), knowledge of other languages (French or German) will be an asset
Extensive understanding of real estate, with a proven track record of successful real estate transactions
Up to date knowledge of industry trends in real estate and development
experience of commercial real estate analysis/asset management with an emphasis in office and mixed-use properties may be required
Experience in management of external property management/leasing/operations is desirable
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent work organization and ability to coordinate multiple assignments at the same time
