We are seeking for an experienced Asset Manager.

Client Details

For our Client - a well established real estate investment fund - we are seeking for an experienced Asset Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing of mix portfolio with significant logistics part.

Description

• Participate in creating a portfolio strategy in line with funds objectives
• Be responsible for value creation activities related to selected portfolio
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting process
• Controlling Property Manager's performance (reporting, budgets, fit-out works, capex) and Facility Management function
• Responsibility for the process of commercialization and re-commercialization of the portfolio
• Supervising the process of terms negotiations, signing the lease agreements, re locations, assignments, terminations and any other annexes
• Developing and implementing a leasing strategy in co-operation with the leasing team to ensure all available space is leased in a timely and effective manner
• Continuing assistance to the Investment Team during the acquisition/due diligence process
• Assisting in preparation of IC documentation/ Fund reporting/ Management reporting
• Supporting marketing campaigns and building the company's brand and its new products

Profile

• Master's degree
• At least 5-8 years of experience within asset management, leasing or property management area
• Asset management / leasing experience, preferably within industrial area
• Firm understanding and demonstrable track-record in handling asset management initiatives: lettings, rent reviews, re-gears, refurbishments as well as hold / sell analysis
• Good numeric and Excel skills, preferably including financial modelling appraising a wide range of asset management initiatives
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated, determined and diligent
• Quality interpersonal skills and ability to engage external and internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority
