Your responsibilities
Assistant to Head of Cost Engineering ZF Group;
Appointment and resource management, independent preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, training courses, as well as other internal and external events;
Supporting the supervisor and the management team in operational business as well as in strategic and organizational projects, preparing data and creating presentations and assisting in projects;
Preparation of Cost Engineering cases for the weekly Sourcing Decision Board (SDB);
Planning and preparing trips as well as travel expense reports (SAP Concur) and carrying out special tasks (PC coordinator, ZOOM, ...);
Maintenance of lists and databases (OneNote, Sharepoints, etc.) and the continuous optimization of internal departmental processes.
Our requirements
Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office communications clerk, European secretary or foreign language secretary or comparable training with professional experience;
Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration, Ecomics or related;
Experience in the field of administration and assistance as well as a very good command of written and spoken English, ideally also German;
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP;
A structured, independent way of working as well as discretion and confidentiality;
Ability to work under pressure, confident manner, flexibility, ability to work in a team and personal commitment.
