Your responsibilities
To establish and maintain effective project planning and programming systems for all marine interior fit out projects - this will include recording and reporting on the progress of works and resource planning under the instruction of the Project Planner
In conjunction with the project team prepare comprehensive planning information on new project start ups, including the sequence of operations and dependencies, resource and procurement requirements
Update current project programmes and plans with site feedback on daily, weekly or monthly basis
Advise project planner / project team of critical changes to priorities and critical threats
Control and record programme revisions
Assist the Project Planner in identifying techniques to improve estimating, planning and cost control on existing and future projects
Assist the Project Planner to develop various programs from tenders, procurement, installation, commissioning to as built
Undertake any other duties as directed by Management commensurate with the role.
Our requirements
At least 3 years' experience working as a planner in a Company’s planning department or contributing to the development of a project plan
Competencies in written and spoken English Language
Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel and Project
Demonstrable planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
The successful candidate must be prepared to undertake travel as part of the role.
