Your responsibilities
Appointment/calendar coordination and tracking for segment management,
Travel planning, booking and billing,
Collecting operations data for report generation,
Creation of Presentations,
Coordination of appointments,
Travel planning and coordination,
preparation of internal communication from Segment Management to Sites.
Our requirements
Minimum High-School-Diploma,
Very good command of English,
Good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Power Point and Excel,
Strong communication and organizational skills and customer orientation,
Assertiveness and tenacity.
