MH Sp. z o.o. is a software and service provider based in Poznan. We develop innovative software solutions for various industries and provide all kinds of services for our customers based in the German-speaking DACH region. We are currently looking for a person whose responsibilities will include coordinating HR issues and office management.

Assistant to the Executive Board

This role combines human resources responsibilities with organizational and administrative tasks. In this position you will be dealing with personnel matters, acting as advisor and negotiator, utilizing your broad knowledge of labor law and employee relations issues. You will be expected to have a comprehensive view of business matters and proven experience in handling office-related affairs.

Your key tasks include:

  • Independent and comprehensive personal service for employees and co-workers along with cooperation with an external partner with regard to payroll services
  • Preparation of documents related to the establishment, course and termination of cooperation as well as maintaining personal files and personnel documentation in accordance with applicable law
  • Verification of working hours, timesheets, absence and leave management
  • Handling of PPK, liaising with the BHP Inspector on relevant training
  • Conducting or accompany recruitment processes, handling employee benefits and training programs
  • Monitoring of changes in labor law and tax legislation and supporting both employees and managers in related matters
  • Day-to-day cooperation with all departments in the proper organization of work and information flow
  • Maintaining and controlling of the unit's budget, cash reports, incoming and outgoing invoices and correspondence
  • Supervision of office supplies and comprehensive office affairs
  • Organisation of company events and occasional celebrations
  • Contact with service providers and maintaining a good corporate image

Your profile:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position 
  • Practical experience in running office affairs
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular Excel, and a flair for new technologies
  • Excellent organization of own work, ability to lead several projects simultaneously and to work under time pressure
  • Independence, responsibility, as well as accuracy and meticulousness
  • Commitment, development orientation, and constant broadening of professional knowledge also in new areas
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and openness
  • Advanced and practical knowledge of English language enabling fluent business communication in an international environment (at least B2 level)
  • Familiarity with German language would be an advantage
