Your responsibilities

  • Plan and execute interaction with all the involved parties: Group, Region, local sites, Finance etc.

  • Delivery BAU risk reporting and data analysis to regions and group including control monitoring and review

  • Improve key controls by defining consistent standards that ensure a continuous monitoring of the team deliverables

  • Support standard processes and reports and speed up the analysis process using ‘out of the box’ ideas on solution development

  • Understand the requirements of the regulators/senior management

  • Support ad-hoc requests in support of the business as necessary

  • Prepare effective material for dissemination to key business stakeholders at all levels of seniority

  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and reasonableness of results produced by the process

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

  • Contribute to Change the Bank initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert

Our requirements

  • University degree and/or post graduate qualification with a relevant finance/quantitative/risk content

  • 5+ years of experience in related/relevant areas

  • Strong level of proficiency in any of these: Excel, SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau, BI Tools, Qlik Sense etc.

  • Knowledge of banking wholesale credit risk and financial regulation

  • Understanding of banking book financial products, macro-economics, econometrics and financial markets

  • Excellent communication skills with technical (the team) and non-technical (senior entity management around the globe) counterparts; being able to "translate" between the two worlds

  • Self-starter, who can think proactively and demonstrate the ability to learn abstract concepts and to operate effectively against uncertainty and on unfamiliar ground
