Coordinate meetings and events, book travels, manage calendars.
Prepare slides and presentations based on inputs provided.
Assist in all kinds of administrative tasks.
Tracks and drives action items in the department.
Develop and maintain the social media presence of the department.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in administration, finance or related field.
Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent written and spoken English, German knowledge would be a plus.
Good experience in using MS Office, strong PowerPoint skills are essential.
Strong in coordination activities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills.
Able to interact with different management layers across borders.
Customer oriented mindset and able to work effectively in a Team environment.
