Provides excellent client service across multiple countries, answering adhoc queries and ensuring client satisfaction
Provides customer support (through email, phone or zoom conference calls), solving problems, and enabling clients to use KF Pay platform
Takes responsibility for the data collection activities of assigned clients
Supporting clients across different managerial levels including Reward Directors, Reward Managers and Compensation and Benefits Specialists
Provides feedback on our products and reports client issues to technical teams
Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures, and precedents
Understanding of Korn Ferry Pay Product Portfolio to support clients to fully utilise its value
Tracks and updates client information in customer relationship management systems (Salesforce)
Proactively works to expand knowledge within the area of pay & benefits and shares experiences and learnings
2 – 3 years’ experience in a professional business environment, preferably in HR, Payroll, Account Management, Project Management, Customer Service or Shared Service Centre with client exposure
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English). Additional Central Eastern- European (including Ukrainian) or Arabic or Turkish language skills would be advantageous.
Good analytical skills and excel knowledge
Ability to develop an internal network of relationships
Experience working with data; specifically, data capturing, data accuracy and handling confidential data will be an advantage

The purpose of this role is to support clients through their journey with KF Pay – an online salary management platform, and their annual data collection cycles. The role will manage a segment of clients across multiple countries, providing excellent levels of customer support, collection of remuneration data, conduct analysis and ensure high quality data is submitted, whilst enabling clients to fully utilise their KF Pay subscription.
The role will manage the end-to-end data collection approach, including set up, sending invites, tracking progress, chasing clients, running webinar support sessions, answering queries.
The role will work closely with colleagues in the Processing Centres, and local Delivery teams, and report to the EMEA Shared Delivery Team Leader.
