Associate, Field HR

Miejsce pracy: Gorzów Wielkopolski

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, as the Associate, Field HR you will be responsible for supporting the execution of HR initiatives for the  Gorzów office and production plant in Poland. You will support the business, HR Operations, COEs, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources, to ensure successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization. This includes but is not limited to employee relations, on-boarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning / implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handing queries and requests and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner and escalated to the relevant team members as appropriate.
  • Ensure high level of quality in HR administration processes, adherent company policies, values and match best practice that make SCJ successful and a great place to work.
  • Effective cooperation with the HR Delivery Center in the field of HR administration
  • Conduct recruitment processes of blue-collar workers including active search for candidates by applying various recruitment methods.
  • Cooperation with temporary work agencies.
  • Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information, maintaining a high level of data quality and providing on-demand reports where required.
  • Monitor core HR processes, such as attendance management and probation periods, advising line managers as required and preparing and issuing relevant letters.
  • Provide general administration support to the HR team including dealing with the post, answering the phone, filing and compiling HR documents.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a HR Specialist position.
  • Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
  • Understanding of local labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Build trust and respect of local employees to ensure you can act as a confidential advisor and support local employee issues.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Collaborative and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
