Associate IT Delivery Manager - Strategic Outsourcing
Working place: Warszawa


Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of distributed project / service teams in structure matrix (organization of work, motivating and recognition);
  • Ensure implementation of projects / services in accordance with arrangements (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements);
  • Planning budgets of projects, identification of necessary resources and ensure their availability;
  • Cooperation with partners (build long-term relationships, the search for new areas cooperation, identification and implementation of improvements, propose solutions, service escalation);
  • Management of cooperation with external service providers / solutions, providing the availability
    and commitment of adequate resources;
  • Optimization of existing service processes and design, propose and overseeing the implementation
    of improvements to improve cost efficiency and optimizing the use of resources;
  • Active participation in the activities of ADMD;
  • Application Development and Maintenance Delivery;
  • Monitoring and execution of contracts, participation in their evaluation.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in work related to Software Development Lifecycle;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management / IT service in a multicultural environment;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in team coordination, ability to motivate employees and support
    them in achieving the objectives;
  • Experience in working in a virtual team project;
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies Roche - PMM (PMI), CSV, GxP;
  • Basic knowledge of delivering IT services methodology - PIOMA (based on ITIL);
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within global organizations;
  • Ability to influence and persuasion and ability to negotiate in English.
