Associate Legal Project Manager


We’re looking for an Associate to join us in our Wrocław office. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for playing a key role in supporting the project manager in the implementation and day-to-day management of large scale, complex projects and take a leading role in managing and implement smaller scale projects. The individual must be results driven with a strong sense of client satisfaction and excellence in quality.

Specifically, the Associate will:

  • Assist in the management of a client-facing deliverable to the highest standards of quality
  • Assist with the development and management of a project plan
  • Assist with budget management, client communications and resources
  • Identify risks and issues and, with guidance, develop appropriate mitigation plans
  • Pro-actively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status
  • Assist with the management of the projects critical path, dependencies, and contingencies
  • Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
  • Oversee the adherence to all Factor’s Methodologies and quality assurance processes
  • Assist with the reviewing of large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately, working closely with the team to achieve a high-quality output
  • Read complex agreements, including commercial, vendor, and financial services documents with meticulous attention to detail, while analysing and extracting key information
  • Lead and train contract review teams, implementing best practice
  • Communicate with clients when necessary, maintaining excellent communication skills and a professional and warm approach
  • Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment, with high attention to detail, in order to meet client expectations
  • Contribute to building Factor’s proprietary Intellectual Property in the rapidly changing Managed Contracts Services business area
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:

Essential Criteria

  • Undergraduate degree
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of document review and quality control
  • Client facing experience within a Professional Services firm and a strong focus on client needs
  • Ability to act as an escalation point for team members
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong time management, judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
  • High-impact communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project experience highly advantageous)
  • Organisational fit for the Factor culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship
  • Working on EU or international contract is preferred
  • Experience in contract drafting and negotiation is mandatory

Desirable Criteria

  • Project Management experience
  • Prince 2 or PMI training
  • Law Degree


As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Centre of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
