    Associate Recruiter with German

    Location: Warszawa

    The Role:

    As our recruitment teams are growing, we will welcome on board creative thinkers who are open to long-term cooperation. This position is a fantastic opportunity for those who have a previous experience in Consulting/Customer Service or/and in recruitment (agency, RPO, in-house). This is a significant role in the process of delivering the best talents across EMEA to our Client - one of the greatest companies from life-science sector).

    Working in the role you will be required to:

    • Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions;
    • Attract top talents across EMEA, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies;
    • Execute direct talent sourcing and screen;
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data;
    • Work closely with Senior Recruiters/Recruiters and periodically, with hiring managers;
    • Suggest recruitment process improvements - we are always looking for ideas how to be better.

    To be successful in this position you will have:

    • Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices – desired;
    • Sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels – desired;
    • Previous experience of recruiting within the life science/logistics/technology/telecommunications/marketing market would also be highly advantageous;
    • A very good command of German, any additional language would be desired, but not essential;
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
