Major tasks:

 

  • Verify accounting and tax transactions and clarification of operational issues related to tax processes.
  • Execute transactions and tax checks with a low/medium level of complexity according to process documentation and activity split.
  • Identification and manage of issues related to issued invoices from VAT compliance perspective
  • Provide tax reports and support closing activities related to tax processes.
  • Comply with tax operational standards and procedures.
  • Support, follow-up and escalation of identified issues.
  • Understand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIs.
  • Back-up for other TO team member.
  • Participation in meetings with AccP/GPG/GO/SSO.
  • Creation/Update of SDs (Supporting Documents).
  • Support in solving, follow up on issues and looking for solutions across team.
  • Prepare and conduct trainings related to tax process for process stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree or studies in progress (5 year) preferable in Taxes, Accounting, Law.
  • Profound knowledge of accounting/tax knowledge in VAT area, knowledge of S2P process as beneficial and highly recommended.
  • 1-2 year of work experience, preferable in SSO environment.
  • English communication skills, level B2 and above and Russian language as must (German language as beneficial)
  • Strong IT background – experience in SAP/other ERP system, very good knowledge of Excel and Office 365. VBA as beneficial or knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) as beneficial.
  • Experience in conducting trainings as beneficial.
  • Participation in projects/transitions in accounting/tax area as beneficial.
  • Team oriented with strong organizational skills and communication skills (as a must), eager to learn and with presentation skills.
