Your responsibilities
Making sure that the office has all what it needs to prosper
Taking care of office supply and coordinating all back office functions
Helping us to move around and taking track of that - organizing business trips and keeping track of the expenses
Composing letters, translation of documents, correspondence
Kemping us in good order - cooperation with other organizational units of the company, coordination of internal reporting
Promoting good vibe in the office
Our requirements
One year experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in English, both oral and written
Good knowledge of MS Office
Analytical and organizational skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Proactiveness, self-driven
