Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Position Title: Account Assistant\Executive in Logistics (US Market)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Pay: Base salary starts from $860 (netto) — $2000 (with bonuses) after probation period (3 months)

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 14:00 — 23:00 (due to the difference between Time Zones)

  • The Account Assistant\ Executive is a key role in the organization whose job it is to build loads and adjust details as they change. The position must work within the Account team to make sure everything is scheduled properly.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Build the loads (to fill in the information about the loads in our system)

  • Schedule/reschedule appointments

  • Ensure accuracy in all the loads

  • Communicate with sales team and shippers

  • Escalate possible issues relating to the loads

  • To work with native English speakers on daily basis

Nasze wymagania

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (other language is a plus)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook

  • Ability to learn the company software

  • Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations

  • Be a problem solver and diffuse tense situations

  • Ability to work independently

  • Possess strong organizational skills
