Your responsibilities

  • Process documents in the financial system

  • Support in the preparation of billing documentation for the accounting department

  • Cooperate with an external accounting office

  • Support in the settlement of employees' cash expenses

  • Account the expenses of employees' credit cards

  • Support the financial department in everyday duties

  • Develop your skills in an international work environment based on Agile methodology

Our requirements

  • Have impeccable computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)

  • Be a communicative and analytical person with an eye for detail

  • Be able to work efficiently with numbers

  • Have such features as: commitment, communication, diligence, willingness to develop, independence, accuracy, proactivity

  • Have a good command of spoken and written English

  • Organize your work independently and strive for self-development

Among the responsibilities of our 7 teammates, you can find activities like salaries and benefits processing, clients’ invoicing, payments’ monitoring, accounting and planning the Sollers growth, taking care of invoicing, accounting and taxes of Sollers Group, overseeing budgets and capital investments and monitoring payments. This is how we carry out our mission, which consists in making sure that we, as company, operate safely and responsibly.
