And this is where you come in. You will be part of building our new Global Service Centre in Poznan, which is to support various functions globally. You will be at the heart of the transformation and will play an active role in making the changes successful.

Your responsibilities

The docs administrator supports the company's workflow from the beginning of a legal matter (set up of a new matter) until its finalization where final legal docs will be stored systematically on a digital document management platform. The docs administrator will report to the Head of the Global Services with a dotted reporting line to the Director of Legal Services & IP.

In your new role, your Tasks and Responsibilities will be:

• organizational and logistical support of the legal document management workflow

• filing of documents and other elements (emails, memos, drafts, etc.) to current legal matters

• creating, editing, formatting, distributing, organizing, storing, retrieving, filtering, and evaluating all kinds of legal documents on basis of a digital document management system

• creation of format templates, sample clauses, and sample documents

• excerpt metadata / key parameters from a legal doc (parties, contract type, duration, etc.) and store the legal doc accordingly in the digital document management system

• retrieve and filter legal docs upon request

• monitor deadlines and other todos as provided for/in legal docs

• warrant uniform look and feel of documents according to standards

• support knowledge management

You will be based in our new office in Poznan, but your responsibilities

Employer requirements

  • high education, preferably administrative

  • love to organize and structure information and documents

  • you are relaxed and can cope with challenging workloads or pressure

  • you are a strong team player and strong communicator

  • you are strongly familiar with Microsoft 365 environment and keen to learn and master other

  • have very good English and German language skills

  • feel comfortable in an international and global environment
