Your responsibilities
Promote and exhibit collaboration and positive teamwork
Use a teaching/education approach to help users understand their risks and better protect information and systems.
Analyze, report and implement methods to improve and integrate security into daily business operations.
Leverage industry leading knowledge to analyze and assess gaps and provide recommendations for remediation and users' needs
Study and understand the core functions and services that are provided by the business.
Stay abreast with industry trends and emerging technologies relating to Information Security.
Create, review, and maintain content for information security documentation (policies, procedures, standards and guidelines)
Develop and communicate remediation plans capable of reducing risk to the organization
Identify, classify and respond to threats in accordance with data classification
Our requirements
Education and/or experience in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, International business, or a similar field
Aptitude to prioritize and load balance sensitive projects concurrently
2 years' experience in the field or in a related area
1 year of relevant general Information Technology experience, desired
Strong organizational, time management, decision making, and problem solving skills
Security industry relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, NIST CSF, HISP, PMP
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, PCI DSS 3.2 requirements is a plus
Attention to detail
Work independently in the absence of supervision
Cloud Security (AWS or AZURE) (Preferred)
