Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintains the automation toolchains following validated designs,
- Analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions and their framework,
- Produce and deliver Ansible artefacts (modules, roles, playbook, etc.), Python scripts, and other Linux stack automation suite content, and related configurations,
- Participate in the meetings to contribute to the definition of new improvement projects and to contribute to the design of the automation solutions and frameworks,
- Maintains the automation toolchain related documentation by ensuring that changes are reflected in the documentation,
- Provide input for process improvements related to the automation use to the Service Delivery teams,
- Provide input to organize knowledge transfer sessions with the Service Delivery teams.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ICT domains as described below with at least 1 year of experience as an automation engineer or a comparable role (SRE, DevOps, etc.),
- Eager to learn and able to explore a new technology autonomously,
- In-depth technical understanding of IT concepts for every layer in the stack,
- In-depth knowledge of: Ansible; Python; Git; Linux Shell Scripting.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and demonstrated ability to work in complex environments,
- Self-directed with proven ability to prepare mature decisions supported by thorough data analysis,
- Follow standard and project-specific best practices, contribute to improving working methods,
- Knowledge of ITIL principles,
- Working experience with is a plus: ServiceNow, Ansible Tower BMC / TrueSight Server Automation, HP / Microfocus Network Automation, Powershell scripting, Test-driven development, Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in English
